His journey began with a dream opportunity at the iconic Bo Jackson Fitness Facility in Nike headquarters, where he gained invaluable experience and had the privilege of interacting with top-tier athletes from various disciplines. That early exposure cemented his drive to build a career that connects people to the power of sports.

Growing up on the court, basketball was more than a game—it was a lifestyle. Over the years, Joey expanded his athletic interests, recently developing a passion for pickleball, drawn by its energy, strategy, and fast-growing community.
